About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Director to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the UK, particularly in London and the South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new business opportunities, proactively managing client relationships, and optimizing risk-weighted assets.
About You:
- You have advanced technical skills and experience in structuring REF transactions.
- You possess extensive experience in UK Real Estate Finance within the Financial Services Industry.
- You have a proven track record in key relationship management and business origination.

- A competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
