About the Role:

The Relationship Management Specialist is responsible for managing a team of professionals to execute CRM initiatives effectively, efficiently, and within budget. You will develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive new customer acquisition, customer retention, and loyalty;
  2. Manage the implementation of customer acquisition/retention programs, including demand generation programs, referrals, and other initiatives;
  3. Stay up to date with emerging trends in customer relationship management and make recommendations for new initiatives;

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £90,000 to £130,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and background. Additionally, we provide hybrid working arrangements, pension, free private healthcare, mental health support, 25 days paid holiday, and regular social events.
