About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, handling residential and non-residential conference and events enquiries, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the resort.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain current knowledge of the resort and surrounding area to provide best advice for clients.
- Provide clients with accurate rate information and process enquiries and RFPs efficiently.
- Compile and send out proposals in Delphi, adhering to an effective chase system.
- Send out contracts and pro-forma invoices in a timely manner.
- Accurately input reservations into Delphi and Resort Suite.
- Provide internal departments with accurate information for corporate and incentive client activity itineraries.
- Conduct site inspections and booking appointments to support the pro-active sales team.
- Housekeeping and updating of Delphi and client databases.
- Participate in pro-active sales call days with the pro-active sales team.
- Liaise with the Events Manager and Events Team for seamless customer transitions.
About You
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and driven individual with sales experience, ideally in a hospitality setting. You will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
