About the Role

We are seeking a Global Sales Performance Manager to join our team in the UK. This is a permanent position which can be based at any of our UK Offices.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales performance and business success by developing and executing a forward-thinking sales enablement strategy. You will partner closely with sales leadership to identify and address gaps in skills, knowledge, and tools, ensuring the sales force is equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to drive sales performance and business success.
  • Analyse sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present to senior management, highlighting key insights, performance against targets, and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific metrics or business questions to support strategic decision-making and initiatives.
  • Lead the improvement of installed base data quality and processes across European Aftermarket.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will have a degree educated background and 5 years of experience in a similar role working with industrial aftermarket. You will also have high business acumen and commercial background with sales or sales enablement experience. Experience working for a project engineering company and with database or CRM solutions is highly desirable.
