Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Social Worker to join our Crossroads team in Edinburgh, Scotland.

This role involves working with individuals who have experienced trauma and require support to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

You will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver groupwork programmes, including Survive and Thrive, and provide supervision and support to individuals in the community and in custody.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to build strong relationships with service users, stakeholders, and colleagues, and to communicate effectively to achieve shared goals.

Your responsibilities will include assessment and report writing, contributing to multi-agency risk and safety planning and management, and participating in ongoing professional development.

We require a minimum of a degree in Social Work and registration, or eligibility to register, with the SSSC. A strong understanding of National Outcomes and Standards, and public protection principles, is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £37,626 - £44,257 per annum, with various working hours available, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
