Job Responsibilities:
• Explore housing options with young people

• Support all aspects of our accommodation provision

Requirements:
• Dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong understanding of social care and housing support
• General standard of secondary education, including passes in English and Maths at Standard Grade level or equivalent
• Significant knowledge and experience in social care, housing support, and supported living

Benefits:
You will receive a competitive salary of £27,705 - £30,398 per year, reviewed annually, plus annual performance-related increases. You will also enjoy 35 days' holiday per year, pro rata, plus additional 3 days after 3 years' service. Other benefits include enhanced company sick and family-friendly pay, paid SVQ qualifications, and access to learning and development opportunities.
