Senior Practitioner

Mwcscot is seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner - Social Work and Nursing to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in social work or nursing, with experience in operating at senior practitioner level. They will also have a deep understanding of mental health and incapacity legislation, as well as rights-based care principles.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize independence, dignity, and well-being. You will also contribute to the development of new policies and procedures, ensuring that they are informed by best practice and current research.
