Senior Healthcare Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Manor Grange Care Home in Pinkhill, a residence providing exceptional care for 83 residents.
In this rewarding role, you will lead a supportive environment where every day brings new opportunities to enhance the well-being of our residents. As a Senior Nursing Practitioner, you will craft personalized care plans, foster strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, and prioritize clinical excellence and dignity.
A competitive salary of £21.00 per hour is offered for this full-time position, along with a £1000 welcome bonus (£500 after 6 months probation, £500 after 12 months). Benefits include paid breaks, pension, onsite parking, paid PVG, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.
Responsibilities:
- Craft Personalized Care Plans: Collaborate closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to design and implement care plans that meet individual needs.
- Lead with Confidence: Organize and guide your team, ensuring everyone understands their role in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, addressing concerns with empathy and urgency.
- Promote Independence: Support residents in daily activities, encouraging autonomy while providing hands-on assistance as needed.
About You:
- You're a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- While care home experience is beneficial, we value your passion for care and dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- You have excellent communication skills, bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm demeanor to every interaction.
