The role of a Senior Care Practitioner at CrossReach is to provide exceptional support and care to individuals with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities in a warm, residential setting. With a focus on hands-on care and leadership, you will ensure that CrossReach's high standards and Christian values shine through in every aspect of the service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee care plans and conduct regular reviews to ensure individualised support
- Manage the service, guiding and mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement
- Promote the wellbeing of service users by ensuring a safe, secure, and nurturing environment
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Christian faith and ability to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos
- Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with SSSC
- Permission to work in the UK
