We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pupil Support Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with young people who have social, emotional, and behavioural needs, providing them with personalized support and tailored timetables to help them thrive in an inclusive educational environment.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively both within a team and independently. Desirable qualifications include training in nurture, LIAM, mental health first aid, de-escalation strategies, and trauma-informed practices.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,046 - £32,010 per annum (pro rata for part-time and sessional), with 30 hours per week, 39 weeks sessional. We are committed to creating a workplace culture where all our people feel valued, included, and able to be their best at work.

The role requires strong initiative in supporting students, delivering physical activity programs, and working with parents/carers to maintain strong links around the young person.
