Youth Support Services Manager

We are a dynamic organization dedicated to providing holistic support services to young people in Greater Glasgow. Our mission is to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives, and we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Youth Support Services Manager.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will work across Greater Glasgow, providing bespoke and holistic 1:1 support for participants experiencing complex life circumstances. This role will involve delivering group activities outdoors in community greenspaces, as well as working closely with referral partners and any other stakeholders to provide joined up support for participants.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver group activities outdoors in community greenspaces, promoting Venture Trust within local communities.
- Provide one-to-one support for participants, identifying and removing barriers to participation and supporting towards their individual goals.
- Support the delivery of wilderness journey opportunities in Scotland's wilder places.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must have, or be working towards, basic accreditation to deliver a physical activity programme. Experience of delivering a physical activities programme for young people aged 11+ is essential.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position involves flexible working arrangements, including evening and weekend shifts.
