**About the Role:**
We are seeking dynamic, inspiring individuals to join our esteemed team as Support Workers. In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall welfare of young people residing in residential care and living within the community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive care and support, adhering strictly to legislative, procedural, and good practice requirements and guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide a safe, stimulating, and supported environment for young people to thrive* Foster positive lifestyles and promote the rights of young people within the community* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services* Utilize your expertise to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs* Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support
**Requirements:**
* Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a commitment to de-escalation techniques* Ability to work flexibly across various sites, depending on service needs and young people's requirements* **Salary Range:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)* Bonus structure based on performance and exceptional outcomes achieved*
