About the Role

Job Title: Practice Learning Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Learning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a Support Coordination Team and providing high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of in-care abuse and neglect.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies to promote recovery and empowerment among survivors. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent support to survivors.

Salary: £42,759 to £46,921 per annum

Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh, Hybrid Working
