Job Title: Wellness Program Director

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to direct our wellness programs and drive business growth through innovation and excellence.

About the Opportunity:
  • Program Direction: Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs that meet the diverse needs of our members and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a team of fitness professionals to achieve high standards and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets and forecasts to ensure efficient operations and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and lead new wellness programs and services that cater to diverse member needs and promote business growth.
  • Staff Development: Provide regular training and coaching to maintain high service standards and ensure staff expertise.
  • Operations Oversight: Ensure the smooth operation of our fitness area, including safety, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 Fitness qualification.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of fitness technology and trends.
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
Compensation:

£13 per hour (estimated annual salary: £27,360).
