About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Talent Pathway Coach to lead player and coach development in the East area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering coach education, qualifications, and workshops aligned with the Blueprint.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop U15-18 female players through technical, tactical training sessions and individualized development plans.
  • Deliver coach education, qualifications, and workshops aligned with the Blueprint.
  • Collaborate for consistent high-quality player experiences across all programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Significant rugby coaching experience and player development background.
  • Advanced Coaching Programme qualification or equivalent.

Location:

This role is based in Edinburgh, Borders and Lothians.

Salary Details:

The salary for this role is £42,750.
