National Sales Manager

At Universal Business Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a national team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide personalized feedback, support professional development, and set actionable goals.
  • Accompany the Key Accounts Manager on joint sales calls and client meetings to support and enhance key customer relationships.
  • Regularly review and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success.
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance on best practices for specification sales, project management, and client engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts and marketing campaigns on both products and services.
  • Ensure the team maintains a strong and consistent sales pipeline, while tracking progress and ensuring we are always closing deals.
  • Track team performance using KPIs and sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • Sales management experience is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering on goals and targets.
  • Strategic vision to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the industry.
  • Coaching and development skills to mentor and develop sales teams to excel.
