**Company Overview**

Redline Group Ltd, a leading provider of innovative RF power amplifier solutions, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead their EMEA sales efforts. Based in the West Country, our company is expanding and requires a skilled professional to drive growth and increase sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

**Job Description:** The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities within military/government/security sectors in EMEA. They will work closely with the management team to develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company's sales.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable success in EMEA sales with experience in RF power amplifiers
  • Able to travel extensively throughout EMEA, with regular visits to the Head Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
