Regional Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced European Sales Manager - RF Power Amplifiers to join our team based in the West Country. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of International Defence, First Responders, and Security sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase EMEA sales
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Military/Government/Security sectors
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Proven track record of success in sales development and management
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics - RF specifically
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary £60,000 - £80,000 per year
- Performance-related bonus/OTE up to 30%
- Company car/car allowance
- Expenses covered for weekly EMEA travel
