EMEA Sales Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our EMEA sales efforts for RF Solutions and Applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and increasing sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
**Salary:** £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within military/government/security sectors in EMEA
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company's sales
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated success in EMEA sales with experience in RF solutions and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel extensively throughout EMEA
