About the Job: We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, fostering retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients
- Convert inbound marketing leads into new sales opportunities
- Proactively source and develop new leads within your market sector
- Keep the CRM system updated with all client interactions and sales activities
- Work closely with the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English (C or above)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Keen interest in learning about the products and services on offer
