About the Job: We are seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, fostering retention and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients
  • Convert inbound marketing leads into new sales opportunities
  • Proactively source and develop new leads within your market sector
  • Keep the CRM system updated with all client interactions and sales activities
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English (C or above)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
  • Keen interest in learning about the products and services on offer
