Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to new and existing clients in the funeral industry, promoting and selling their range of funeral products and accessories. They will build strong customer relationships through professional, empathetic communication, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products. Additionally, they will handle inquiries, provide detailed product information, manage objections, maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (B2B preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary (£24,000 - £26,000 per annum) with commission opportunities, a friendly, supportive, and professional work environment, opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the funeral industry, pension contribution after a qualifying period, career development opportunities, professional training and support for qualifications, and staff incentive schemes.
