We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Steven Eagell Toyota in Hereford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to develop a career in the automotive industry with one of the world's largest and most respected brands. You will work closely with our experienced sales team to achieve sales goals and build strong relationships with customers.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per year, with a guaranteed minimum of £30,000 in the first year. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, preferably in the retail or sales industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different buying strategies and provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, including specialist teams such as Fleet Sales.
