Sales and Team Development Lead

Aldi UK is seeking a talented Sales and Team Development Lead to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll be responsible for managing daily store operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and mentoring and coaching store colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £35,625 - £43,440, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy flexible working hours, 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to a range of benefits, including company sick pay, pension scheme, and maternity/paternity/adoption leave.
