Business Development Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our sales team in Hereford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans to drive revenue growth, with a focus on market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging CRM software and Microsoft Office skills.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to ensure high-performance sales teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, driving business growth and revenue increase.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus pension scheme, healthcare benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Lead or in a similar leadership role, with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
