Funeral Industry Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telesales Specialist to join our client's dynamic sales team in the funeral industry.
About the Role:
- Conduct outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote our range of funeral products and accessories.
- Promote and sell our products to funeral directors and crematoriums.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle inquiries, provide detailed product information, and manage objections.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
