This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your energy and organizational skills to our vibrant workplace. You will be responsible for providing first-class administrative support and personal assistance to the Nursery Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Nursery Manager, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the nursery, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing maintenance.
- Follow the company's policies and procedures, while at all times complying with data protection legislation.
- Occasionally support in base rooms, prioritizing the needs of our children.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable using a computer and systems, with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You will also be required to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and parents.
