About the Job:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled MATERIALS COORDINATOR to join our procurement team at Barratt Developments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Materials Purchases: Prepare procurement duties, schedule orders, and check Architects/Engineers drawings for discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure correct specifications are used, produce material cost schedules and budgets.
  • Site Visits: Attend site weekly to ensure there are no problems with supplies/materials.

  • Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
