Join Our Team as a Planning and Scheduling Expert

We are seeking an experienced Planning and Scheduling Expert to join our operations team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of planned maintenance, responsive repairs, empty homes, compliance, and grounds services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office systems and procedures, preferably in a repairs reporting, maintenance, or scheduling role. You will be responsible for coordinating resources across all trades teams, including contractors, to ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively scheduling all works, projects, and inspections, and organizing materials, logistics, equipment, and waste clearance to maximize the efficient use of resources.
  • Acting as an ambassador for CHP's values, taking appropriate action to ensure that customers are well informed and feel safe in their homes.
  • Undertaking administrative, financial, and analytical activities to support the general operation of the Operations team where required.
Requirements
  • Evidence of attainment of good literacy and numeracy, eg, through GCSEs or equivalent.
  • High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
