Job Title: Accounting and Payroll Services Coordinator

We are hiring an Accounting and Payroll Services Coordinator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in payroll management and administration.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage payroll processes, including data input and record updates.
  • Verify payroll information and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Address escalated queries related to employee benefits, deductions, and tax implications.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on pension matters and other related issues.

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or payroll administration, preferably with knowledge of payroll software systems.

Key Duties:
  • Payroll Process Management.
  • Employee Data Verification and Correction.
  • Query Resolution and Escalation.
  • Pension Administration and Support.

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 per year, offering a stable and challenging work environment with opportunities for professional development.
