**Job Title:** Accounting and Payroll Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Payroll Administration Manager to join our team at Strutt & Parker LLP. As a key member of our accounting and payroll administration team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function, accounts payable, and general ledger.

**About the Role:** The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of Brightpay payroll software. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the payroll function, including data entry, bank reconciliations, BACS payment files, and payroll runs.
  • Process employee net pay payments and reconcile funds.
  • Process and payment of employee and employer pension contributions.
