About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to join our team at MIDAS Specialist Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Concessions Customer Services team and Compliance team, ensuring the effective management and monitoring of reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and escalate high-risk reactive and planned tasks to ensure availability and minimize service failure points.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of contract risks and organize the Customer Services team to mitigate these risks while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the reactive job logging process to ensure adherence to SLA/KPI obligations and consider the financial and logistical implications of decisions.
  • Implement the jeopardy management process to mitigate and reduce performance failure points and financial deductions.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Helpdesk Manager role.
  • Attained or working towards a Supervisory or Management qualification.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven experience in a supervisory/management role.
  • Good understanding of all service streams, including reactive, remedial, and planned maintenance.
  • Knowledge and experience within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Extensive planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
