Role Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage store operations, including stock maintenance, health & safety, and store marketing
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Train and develop team members to achieve their full potential
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture


Requirements




  • Previous experience in a team leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
