Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee in Lymington. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting great coffee, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of £12.00-13.00, dependent on location. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile on their face.

  • Crafting high-quality coffee drinks to meet customer expectations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
