Responsible Care Manager Leader

As a Responsible Care Manager Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing high-quality care services across two locations in the New Forest.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations across both sites, ensuring exceptional care delivery within budget.
- Lead and support your team to excel in their roles.
- Foster strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory care standards.
We are seeking an individual with:
- Experience in leading social care teams and delivering excellent services.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the care sector.
- The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or a willingness to work towards it.
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
