Nursery Care Specialist

Hadland Care Group is committed to delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursery Care Specialist to join our team as a Nursery Practitioner – Level 3.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. This will involve working with children individually and in small groups, planning and implementing play-based activities, and maintaining accurate records of child progress.
A key part of this role will be to build strong relationships with children and their parents, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported throughout their time with us.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a £250 welcome bonus, 28 days holiday, up to 50% discount on childcare, and access to a reward and recognition platform.
