About the Role
As a Care Support Specialist, you will travel home-to-home across the Ringwood area to visit customers and assist with daily needs. This may include tasks such as medication administration, shopping trips, and domestic duties. You will work closely with our customers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored care plans to meet their requirements.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to customer care and a flexible approach to working hours are also essential. You must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. In addition, you will need to have the right to work in the UK via British Citizenship, dependents visa, student visa, or settled status.
