We are currently supporting individuals in our Extra Care schemes to ensure they stay safe and well.
About the SchemeOur Extra Care Schemes support people to remain in their own homes with person-centred care, enabling them to live as independently as possible while taking into account their choices and respecting their human rights.
We work closely with other agencies, including CQC, adult services, local GP practices, and the local community.
The Ideal CandidateWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds. While experience in social care is beneficial, it's not essential. What's more important is your attitude, passion, and values.
You'll receive full training and be supported by our dedicated team of professionals.
Working ArrangementsShifts will be split between weekdays (14:30-21:00) and weekends (07:00-21:00), with long day shifts available and an hour-long break.
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum.
