Home Support Worker

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and caring Home Support Worker to join our team at SCA Care in Lymington. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide support and care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.
Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also promote independence by supporting individuals to engage in activities that they enjoy.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A caring attitude, patience, and empathy are essential qualities for this position.
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
