Youth Welfare Worker Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a Youth Welfare Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised care and support in a specialist children's home environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team, including management and therapists, to promote positive outcomes for children and encourage happiness and play. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain a high standard of home environment and provide a positive role model for the young people.

To be successful in this role, you must:
- Meet the age requirement: Be over 21 years old.
- Have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Display a desire to learn and develop skills (no prior experience necessary).

$35,000 - $45,000, dependent on experience.
