Youth Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Aspris Childrens Services Limited.

About the Position:
- You will work closely with our young residents, providing emotional support and guidance to help them navigate daily challenges.
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, and meal preparation will be an important aspect of your responsibilities.
- Fostering a safe and supportive living environment is critical to the well-being of our young people, and we rely on our staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable populations or in social care settings is highly valued in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with our young residents and colleagues.
- Able to work flexibly and as part of a team, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment.
Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum
