Farringford Court in Lymington, Hampshire is home to McCarthy Stone's thriving community of active and independent older people. We are seeking a skilled Duty Care Manager to join our team and support the smooth running of the development.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of older people. As a Duty Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, overseeing the Care and Support teams, and co-ordinating activities that strengthen community spirit.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills. With a base salary of £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (night rate), plus additional pay, this role offers a competitive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the security of the development and oversee the Care and Support teams
  • Co-ordinate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development
  • Provide emergency support to homeowners throughout the night shift period
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a care or support environment
  • Excellent care skills and ability to work independently
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent
