Residential Children's Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to provide 1:1 care in a specialist children's home environment. Our client operates small homes near the South Coast, catering to a maximum of two children at a time.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the welfare of the children in their care, working closely with the wider team, and providing a positive role model for the young people. They will also be expected to maintain a high standard of home environment.

  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in your care.
  • Working closely with the wider team, including management and therapists.
  • Promoting positive outcomes for children and encouraging happiness and play.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Be over 21 years old.
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
  • Desire to learn and develop skills (no prior experience necessary).
