    We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Children's Support Worker in Sway, Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 care to a maximum of two children at a time in our specialist children's homes. Our homes provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and receive the support they need to reach their full potential.

    As a Residential Children's Support Worker, you will work closely with our management team and therapists to ensure that each child receives tailored support and care. Your role will involve promoting positive outcomes for children, encouraging happiness and play, and providing a positive role model. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of home environment and ensuring the well-being of the children in your care.

    To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent experience. However, we welcome applications from individuals who are willing to learn and develop their skills. Full driving license and own vehicle are essential requirements. We offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience, plus generous holiday allowance and blue light card benefits.
