We are seeking an exceptional Residential Childcare Worker to join our client's established team in Sway, Hampshire. As a key member, you will contribute to creating a nurturing environment for children in need.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care to children, prioritizing their safety and well-being
- Working closely with colleagues, including management and therapy professionals, to ensure seamless care delivery
- Fostering positive relationships with children, promoting trust and respect
- Maintaining a safe and organized living space
The Ideal Candidate:
- Aged 21 or above
- In possession of a full UK driving license and a reliable vehicle
- A degree in residential childcare is preferred, but not mandatory
- No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
