Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at our Extra Care Scheme in Lymington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in people's lives.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work full-time, providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be required to work shifts between 07:00 and 21:15, with an hour break included. Long day shifts may be available. Your main responsibilities will include supporting residents with daily living tasks, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence. You will also contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters social interaction among residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centered care and support to residents
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Promote independence and encourage residents to engage in activities
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and support
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A caring and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable adults
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic IT skills and familiarity with care software
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
