This Youth Support Specialist position requires a caring and empathetic individual who can provide emotional support to young people with complex needs. Key Tasks
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will assist with daily living tasks, educational programs, and recreational activities, fostering positive relationships with our young people and their families. Your creative approach to problem-solving and adaptability will enable you to respond effectively to challenging situations, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
What We Offer
In return for your dedication and hard work, we provide a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, and flexible working hours.
