Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at our Extra Care Scheme in Lymington. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, supporting them to maintain their independence and dignity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored care solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
- Experience working in care and support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
