Compassionate Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Compassionate Care Worker to join our Extra Care Schemes team in New Milton, Lymington, and Totton. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
About the Role:
- Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- They will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing the needs of our residents at all times.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this role, facilitating travel between schemes as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care that respects the dignity, autonomy, and individuality of each resident.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
