Young Person Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our care team at Cambian Hill House School and Residential Provision in Lymington, Hampshire.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility, creativity and enthusiasm to support the needs of young people with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Challenging behaviours and Complex Care needs.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and personal growth of our residents.
