We're hiring a Community Programme Administrator to join our dynamic team at Agility Eco Careers As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our community programmes.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, booking appointments, and processing applications for our programmes. You'll also work closely with our specialist advisors to secure appointments and provide support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and patient when dealing with vulnerable individuals, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

This role offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
